PICASSO: 25 Years of Edition Ceramics from the Rosenbaum Collection will be on view from September 15, 2013 until January 15, 2014. The exhibit includes a selection of the ceramics created by Pablo Picasso in collaboration with Georges and Suzanne Ramie and the artisans at their Madoura pottery in Vallauris, France, between 1947 and 1971.The exhibition consists of 45 ceramic works--plates, bowls, pitchers, vases, and plaques in addition to posters and other memorabilia. It will be premiering at the Carnegie as the first stop on a national tour.

In addition to Prime Shine Car Wash and Hilmar Cheese Company, Inc., they include Gemperle Family Farms, Winton Ireland Strom & Green, Turlock Convention and Visitors Bureau, John & Jeani Ferrari, Deborah Kavasch & John Marvin, Jaureguy's Paint & Decorating, Lancaster Painting, and the Modesto Bee.

Running currently with our Picasso exhibition will be the juried exhibition Imagining the Real. Artists were asked to submit works inspired by a quote by Pablo Picasso. "Everything you can imagine is real," he said. Out of more than 215 entries received, 56 were selected, including sculpture, painting, mixed media, textiles, works on paper, and photography.
